For a county-held booking record, custody question, or a request for a booking photograph, submit the Sheriff's GRAMA form in person during business hours. The Sheriff's published page states fulfillment within 10 business days. Its listed fee categories are a basic request for $5, a digital-media request for $25, and certification for $50. These are published request categories, not a promise that every record or photograph will be released.

For later public case information, use Utah Courts Xchange. Court results, hearings, and dispositions are different from a jail booking allegation, and public access excludes some non-public, sealed, or expunged matters.
City incident records and state custody
- Richfield City Police Department: 77 E. Center St., Richfield, UT 84701; dispatch 435-896-6471; Administration & Records 435-896-8484, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Use the city route for a Richfield-held incident report. County booking and custody material belongs with the Sheriff when SCSO is the custodian.
- Salina City Police: 310 W. Main St., P.O. Box 69, Salina, UT 84654; 435-529-3311. Send a written GRAMA request to the city police or records officer for a city-held incident record. Use SCSO for jail booking or custody material when an arrest leads to county jail custody.
- Monroe: No independently verified Monroe city police records route was found. The Sheriff is the local law-enforcement route for sheriff-held booking and custody records. Monroe City Hall, 10 N. Main St., Monroe, UT 84754, 435-527-4621, is appropriate for city administrative records only unless the city confirms otherwise.
- Utah Department of Corrections: Use the official UDC Offender Search for state custody or supervision. A UDC-held record is distinct from a Sevier County Jail booking record; use UDC's GRAMA process for DOC-held material.
